TROUBLESHOOTING
Common payment questions.
I sent Bitcoin. Why is the invoice still unpaid?
Detection and confirmations are different steps. Check the network, amount and confirmation progress. Do not send the full amount again just because confirmations are pending.
My wallet only imported the address.
Enter the exact BTC amount displayed at checkout manually. Keep the wallet’s network fee additional.
Who handles refunds?
Contact the merchant shown on the invoice. Funds go to their wallet; Brislet does not hold their signing keys.
How do I contact Brislet?
During the preview, use your existing onboarding contact. Public support details will be published with the production-domain launch. For invoice and refund questions, contact the merchant.
